The Legal Theory Workshop returns on Tuesday, December 1. Sandy Kedar, professor at the University of Haifa, will discuss his work in progress “The Bedouins of the Negev and the Israeli Land Regime: A Legal History.” The work is the latest installment in Kedar’s effort to look closely at the shifts in property rights associated with the emergence of the state of Israel.  The event occurs at the School of Law Faculty Conference Room beginning at 12 p.m. with lunch, followed by the the presentation starting at 12:30 p.m.
