College of Engineering Distinguished Speaker Series: Hierarchical Thermal Transport in Nanoscale Semiconductors

Cristina Amon, member of the National Academy of Engineering and dean of the Faculty of Applied Science and Engineering at the University of Toronto, will present the seminar “Hierarchical Thermal Transport in Nanoscale Semiconductors” on Monday, April 18 from 3:30 to 4:30 p.m. in the McArthur Engineering Annex, Room 202, as part of the College of Engineering’s Distinguished Speaker Series. Amon will discuss the broad range of spatial and temporal scales required for thermal modeling of current and future electronics.
