Many of us work through our days behaving in ways that do not support, sustain, or maximize our personal energy needs. We lack the knowledge and skills required to maintain our energy and maximize our capacity to perform efficiently. In this seminar, offered by the Faculty and Staff Assistance Program (FSAP), you’ll learn about the importance of managing energy levels and review techniques to refresh, recharge, and perform at your best. FSAP Health and Wellness seminars are offered as part of the University of Miami’s Well ’Canes Program.
