Psychiatry Grand Rounds: Novel Mechanisms in the Etiology of PTSD Suggest Novel Targets for Treatment Development

    The Department of Psychiatry and Behavioral Sciences will host grand rounds on Wednesday, October 3 from 12 to 1:30 p.m. at Bascom Palmer Eye Institute, Jose Berrocal Auditorium. Alexander Neumeister, professor of psychiatry and radiology at New York University School of Medicine, will present “Novel Mechanisms in the Etiology of PTSD Suggest Novel Targets for Treatment Development.” The University of Miami Miller School of Medicine designates this educational activity for a maximum of 1.50 AMA PRA Category 1 credits. This activity will also provide 1.50 CEUs to psychologists, social workers, and nurses who attend.
