A new online survey tool designed to support research, teaching, and administrative functions is now available to the University of Miami community free of charge, UM Information Technology has announced. The Qualtrics Survey Research Suite, developed by Qualtrics Labs, Inc., is available via CaneID.

Qualtrics combines exceptional ease of use with an advanced set of features, allowing the creation of survey instruments, distribution of surveys, storage, analysis of collected respondent data, and report generation.

To access the new tool, go to www.miami.edu/qualtrics and select the Login button. A UMiami-Qualtrics account will be created for new users. Users with an existing Qualtrics account will have the opportunity to migrate their account to the UMiami-Qualtrics site.
