Put your graphic design and illustration techniques to use, and you could win a $100 gift certificate to the UM Bookstore. The University of Miami’s Herbert Wellness Center is sponsoring a T-shirt design competition for the 2013 Mercedes Benz Corporate Run/Walk. Employees and students from all UM campuses can enter the T-shirt design competition. The winning design will be featured on the official Team UM dri-fit shirts that will be worn by hundreds of UM participants during the event, scheduled for Thursday, April 25 at 5:30 p.m. at Bayfront Park in downtown Miami. Team UM’s theme for this year’s Corporate Run/Walk: ’Canes Reign.

All submissions must:
• Include the theme ’Canes Reign, Team UM, and Corporate Run 2013.
• Use only the colors green and white in the design (the dri-fit shirt is orange)
• Fit within a 12-inch-wide x 15-inch-tall area
• Submitted in a PDF file format
• Emailed to [email protected] by 5 p.m. on February 28

In addition to a $100 gift card to the UM Bookstore, the winner also will receive a framed Team UM Corporate Run/Walk T-shirt signed by President Shalala. If you have any questions, please send an email to [email protected].
