Gaining Control of Emotional Eating

    Ever sought solace in pizza or a chocolate milkshake? You may be engaging in emotional eating, which can lead to consuming too many fat or sugary foods. “Gaining Control of Emotional Eating,” a seminar offered by the Faculty and Staff Assistance Program, will help you identify triggers that contribute to emotional eating as well as learn strategies to manage and overcome this behavior.

    Coral Gables campus: Tuesday, March 19 from 12 to 1 p.m. at the McKnight Building, second-floor training room.

    Rosenstiel School (Marine) campus: Wednesday, March 20 from 12 to 1 p.m. in the Library, Map, and Chart Room.

    Miller School of Medicine campus: Thursday, March 21 from 12 to 1 p.m. at Dominion Parking Garage, Room 155.
