The next Weight Watchers at Work session on the Miller School of Medicine campus begins Wednesday, March 20 in the Clinical Research Building, Suite 951. Meetings will be held every Wednesday.

As part of Well ’Canes, this employee benefit provides 100 percent reimbursement to first-time attendees for complete attendance. Continuing members receive a 50 percent reimbursement for complete attendance. Participants may join at any time during a 12-week session. The cost of the program is $156 for new members and $146 for continuing members. This is a taxable benefit.

The cornerstone of the Weight Watchers program is nutrition, coupled with exercise advice and a very effective behavior modification program, which leads to new eating management skills, safe weight loss, and the ultimate goal of maintenance. For more information, click here or email [email protected].
