University of Miami employees who made their 2015 United Way pledge online before the end of 2014 are still eligible to receive complimentary tickets to one of two games the Miami Heat will play this month. Representatives from the Heat will return to the Coral Gables and Miller School campuses for the final time this week to distribute them. Each ticket will be accompanied by a food voucher to be redeemed on the date of the game selected for a complimentary hot dog, chips, and soft drink or bottled water.

Limited tickets are still available to see the Miami Heat in action on Saturday, February 21 against the New Orleans Pelicans or on Monday, February 23 against the Philadelphia 76ers. The final ticket distribution will take place from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. on the following dates and locations:

• Wednesday, February 11 at the Schoninger Research Quadrangle on the Miller School campus
• Friday, February 13 at the Rock Plaza on the Coral Gables campus

Faculty and staff who made their 2015 United Way pledge online through MyUM before the end of 2014 are eligible for up to two tickets to either one of the two games on a first-come, first-served basis. Each employee is eligible to receive only two tickets for one game while supplies last.

Tickets can be secured only at one of the distribution sites and on the days listed above. Once selected, tickets cannot be exchanged. Employees wishing to sit together must pick up their tickets at the same time and place on the same distribution date.
 Please note that employees must pick up their own tickets and must show a valid ’Cane Card to do so. Only one ’Cane Card per employee will be accepted to pick up tickets.

Eligible contributing employees on the Rosenstiel campus will be contacted by their United Way ambassador to pick up their tickets.

There will be pregame festivities at both of the games with a dedicated area for photo and autograph opportunities.
