The next Jazz in the Gables lunchtime concert on Wednesday, February 11 on the Plaza at the Coral Gables Museum will feature Miami-Dade College’s Studio Jazz Ensemble, performing standard jazz compositions and original compositions ranging from big band to Latin Jazz.. Vocal Fusion, the college’s premier vocal jazz/contemporary ensemble, also will perform.
Return to the museum plaza, 285 Aragon Avenue, on Salzedo Street just two blocks north of Miracle Mile, on Sunday, February 15 at 4 p.m. for a special Sunday concert featuring Troy Anderson, as he pays tribute to Louis Armstrong.
The popular Jazz in the Gables lunchtime concerts begin at 12:15 to 1:45 p.m. every Wednesday on the museum plaza, and are free and open to the public. Sunday’s concert is free, too.
