CORAL GABLES, Fla. (May 6, 2015) – As the Patti and Allan Herbert Wellness Center transitions into its summer schedules this week, the facility’s first week of yoga, studio cycling, and community classes are being offered for free from May 11-17.

“This week is all about flexibility,” says Michelle Kasparian, assistant director for group exercise and community classes at the center. “This free week of classes allows our members and community guests to try our wide variety of classes before fully enrolling or purchasing a semester-long pass.”

Herbert Wellness Center membership is not required for participation in any community class, such as Ballet Barre or Shotokan Karate, but active Herbert Wellness Center membership (or paying the facility guest fee) is required for entry into yoga and studio cycling classes.

In addition, yoga and studio cycling summer semester passes are now available for purchase in the sales office. These passes allow Herbert Wellness Center members unlimited access to all yoga or studio cycling classes for the summer 2015 semester.

Visit www.miami.edu/wellness for complete information on Free Week programming and to view all summer 2015 schedules.
