The University’s Flexible Summer Workweek Program returns this month. Flexible workweeks provide the opportunity for employees to take care of personal and family obligations while fulfilling work commitments, a key component to workplace wellness and UM’s wellness philosophy. Coral Gables and Rosenstiel School campus-based employees looking for a change from their traditional work schedules can request to participate in the ten-week program, which runs from May 28 through August 5.
