Relaxation Techniques for Coping with Stress

    This lunchtime seminar is offered for those interested in learning calming, effective relaxation techniques to manage day-to-day anxiety and stress. You will discover how to accurately identify your stress, recognize your stress reactions, and focus your mind on problem-solving. You will learn specific reduction methods you can use both at work and home to help you manage daily stressors.

    Coral Gables campus:  Tuesday, May 26, 12-1 p.m., McKnight Building, Second-Floor Training Room

    Rosenstiel School campus:  Wednesday, May 27, 12-1 p.m., Library, Rare Book Room

    Miller School campus:  Thursday, May 28, 12-1 p.m., Dominion Parking Garage, Room 155

    This seminar will be facilitated by a UM Faculty and Staff Assistance Program consultant.
