    In light of current trends, best practices, and requests to incorporate DIRECCT values and behaviors into our daily interactions, the University of Miami will introduce a redesigned Staff Performance Management Process in 2017. To help plan for the change, your input is necessary. By completing this brief, confidential survey, you have the opportunity to provide feedback and make suggestions for process improvement.
