The Disbursements Office will host three training sessions in April for all University employees or students who have access to the Ariba system and will be involved with the 2016 fiscal year-end close. The sessions are suitable for new users as well as a refresher course for those who submit eBERFs. Two sessions will be held on the Coral Gables campus and one on the Miller School of Medicine campus on the following dates and times:

Wednesday, April 20, from 10 a.m to noon on the Coral Gables campus, Gables One Tower, 1100J

Tuesday, April 26, from 10 a.m to noon, on the medical campus in the Calder Memorial Library, basement B001

Thursday, April 28, from 2 to 4 p.m. at Gables One Tower, 1100J
