Travel.cardA new computer-based learning (CBL) module for the travel card, the University Travel Card Program, is now available in ULearn for employees. Only actual cardholders, not their designees, can complete the CBL program. The in-person eBERF & Travel Card Training sessions will still be offered but mainly for support staff —those who will not be using the travel card but will be submitting for reimbursements/payments in Ariba. That in-person training will focus mainly on the University policies and eBERF submission procedures. Due to recent concerns, employees who will actually be using the travel card are encouraged to take the CBL training to gain an understanding of the uses of the travel card. The module will conclude with a short quiz, which must be completed with a score of 100 percent in order to pass and proceed with the next step in obtaining the travel card.

The steps in obtaining the University Travel Card are as follows:

    1.  Complete the University Travel Card Program CBL

    2.   Submit the Travel Card Agreement eForm in Ariba

    3.   Submit the U.S. bank travel card application (instructions sent by the Corporate Cards Office)
