Human Resources’ reorganized and easy-to-navigate website has debuted, enabling faculty and staff to quickly find information that’s important to them, and prospective employees to learn about opportunities at the U, and why it’s a great place to work.
Right from the Welcome page, employees can link to Workday, academic calendars and schedules, learn who their HR representative is, and find any form they might possibly need. They’ll also be able to keep up with what’s going on InsideUM through Twitter, Facebook, and Instagram.
Designed with input from faculty and staff and spearheaded by HR Communications Specialist Steve Pierre, the website is divided into four categories—Working at the U, Benefits and Wellness, About HR, and Careers—each of which are subdivided into topics that cover almost any imaginable question. Need to know about tuition benefits? Just click on Working at the U, and scroll to the Professional Development subcategory.
