The University of Miami’s Institute for Bioethics and Health Policy will host its 25th annual spring conference in conjunction with the Florida Bioethics Network on Friday, April 7, from 7:30 a.m. to 3:30 p.m. at the Miami Marriott Biscayne Bay Hotel.
This program—the oldest and largest community bioethics conference in the country—will feature presentations on ethics and health information technology, the right to health care, transforming health care for veterans, health care fraud, pediatrics and bioethics, and genetics in the hospital.
The program is approved for continuing education credits for physicians, nurses, social workers, attorneys and chaplains. Attendance is free to all full-time UM students, faculty and staff, and all full-time Jackson Health System employees. Use the following registration codes to register online:
