The Graduate School and Graduate Student Association are pleased to invite the UM community to attend the first-ever University of Miami Three-Minute Thesis Competition (3MT) on Monday, April 3, from 5:30 to 7:30 p.m. in the Shalala Student Center, third floor Senate Room. Ph.D. students from across UM will deliver, before a live audience, an informative and lively presentation of their dissertations in just three minutes while using a single slide!

Competition winners will be decided by a judging panel and audience choice. Prizes will be awarded. A networking social will follow the competition. Come show your support for these students and learn about exciting scholarly work happening at the U!

The 3MT was founded by the University of Queensland, Australia.
