Life Strategies for Managing Stress

    This seminar, offered by the Faculty and Staff Assistance Program (FSAP), provides participants with an understanding of stress and the ways it can be managed to optimize health. Stressors are hard at work in many facets of our lives. Learn to develop proactive responses that can help to lower stress, shift mindsets, and eliminate unhealthy habits. This seminar will be facilitated by a UM FSAP consultant.

    Coral Gables campus: Tuesday, April 18, 12-1 p.m., McKnight Building, room 201AB

    Rosenstiel campus: Wednesday, April 19, 12-1 p.m., Library Media room

    Miller School campus: Thursday, April 20, 12-1 p.m., Don Soffer Clinical Research Center, room 692
