The University is looking for enthusiastic individuals interested in making our community a better place to live, work, and play by joining the 2017-18 Leadership Miami cohort. A program of the Greater Miami Chamber of Commerce, Leadership Miami  brings together Miami-Dade County’s emerging leaders for an intensive learning experience that focuses on community issues and leadership skills. Participants have the opportunity to connect with local leaders through a dynamic series of lectures, interactive seminars, small group discussions, and leadership skills exercises that begin October 20-21. Over the next seven months, participants are required to attend monthly Saturday sessions, complete fieldwork assignments, and implement a community service project with their team.

The cost of tuition is $1,450, and a limited number of UM scholarships are available.
