This week’s Homecoming festivities and the parade on Friday, November 3, will necessitate the roadway interruptions, lot closures, and shuttle route changes outlined below and on the map. Parking staff and UM Police will be onsite directing the community. Please allow extra time for your commute.

     Tuesday, October 31:

    ·         Red Lot 302 (purple outline) will be closed on Tuesday, October 31 and reopen the following Tuesday, November 7.

     Friday, November 3:

    ·         Pink Lot 307 and all parallel parking spaces on Levante Avenue will be closed all day (purple outline).

    ·         Stanford Circle will be closed all day (black striped area).

     From 3:30 – 11:00 p.m.:

    ·         Miller Circle will be closed to vehicular traffic.

     From 6 to 8 p.m.:

    • Levante Avenue will have partial closure (red shaded area).
    • Pavia Street will be closed (red shaded area). Vehicles parked inside the Pavia Garage will be directed by parking staff to exit via the Merrick Garage and proceed towards Merrick Drive. Left turns out of the Merrick Garage will not be allowed during parade activity.

    • The parade will follow the route of the yellow arrows.

The Stanford shuttle route will be modified due to Stanford Circle being closed all day. The modified route is shown in green on the map. Please note that the shuttle might pause temporarily during the parade.

The Miller shuttle route will be modified from 3:30 to 11 p.m. to accommodate food trucks along Miller Circle. The modified route is shown in orange on the map.
