More details will follow, but this is certain: ESPN College GameDay, the popular Saturday morning ESPN broadcast—a three-hour extravaganza of fun, sizzle and swagger–will set up on the Coral Gables campus this week in advance of Saturday night’s classic gridiron match between the undefeated Hurricanes and the Notre Dame Fighting Irish.

The results of the Hurricanes-Irish clash–the biggest game at UM in more than a decade–has big implications for the college football playoffs.

So get set to welcome the ESPN team of Kirk Herbstreit, Lee Corso, Desmond Howard and others this week.
