This Faculty and Staff Assistance Program (FSAP) seminar offers participants insights into ways they may develop their emotional intelligence. Individuals with high emotional intelligence have the ability to monitor their own and other people’s feelings and emotions, discriminate between them, and use this information to guide their behavior.
