The University’s grounds and custodial contractor, American Building Maintenance (ABM), recently made a $100,000 gift to UM to support President Julio Frenk’s initiatives.

This most recent gift, ABM’s third to the University, comes in the fourth year of the firm’s five-year contract. The check was presented at a brief ceremony attended by Sebastian together with ABM and University officials.

“We are very grateful for the services ABM provides to the University community and for its commitment to helping us fulfill our mission of transforming lives through research, education, and service,” said Jessica Brumley, UM’s vice president for facility operations and planning.
