Throughout the year, but particularly during the summer months, the University of Miami hosts programs that welcome youths under the age of 18 to our campus. As the University prepares for these summer activities, the Office of Human Resources reminds the entire community of our collective commitment to the protection, safety, and welfare of children.

All members of the UM community should review the Youth Protection Policy. This policy provides guidelines for University-related activities hosted for youths, both on and off campus, and provides important reminders about our obligation to report any sexual misconduct or mistreatment of minors.
