Sebastian’s Café is now open at the Robert and Judi Prokop Newman Alumni Center on the Coral Gables campus. Featuring a casual bistro menu, indoor and outdoor seating, and a welcoming atmosphere, it is the ideal place for breakfast or lunch. Sebastian’s Café is located across from Alex Rodriguez Park (the baseball stadium) and is open Monday through Friday from 7:30 a.m. to 2:30 p.m. The café is open to faculty, staff, students, and the general community, so stop by and grab a bite.
