Emmet Cohen

Frost School of Music student Emmet Cohen placed third in the 2011 Thelonious Monk International Jazz Piano Competition, held September 11-12 at the Kennedy Center in Washington, D.C. The competition and a subsequent All-Star Gala Concert were part of the Thelonious Monk Institute of Jazz’s 25th anniversary celebration. For more information, click here.
