As the University begins another academic year, the Athletics Compliance Office is asking faculty and staff for their continued assistance in maintaining a model athletics program that complies with all NCAA, ACC, and University of Miami rules and regulations. Under NCAA rules, the athletics program is responsible for any infractions caused by UM donors or athletics department staff members, whether intentional or not, so the Compliance Office encourages you to review the presentation and contact the department with any questions pertaining to NCAA rules.
