This Faculty and Staff Assistance Program (FSAP) seminar is for those interested in learning the warning signs of Alzheimer’s disease, which causes a slow decline in memory, thinking, and reasoning skills that disrupts daily life. The speaker, Gloria Orlandi-Kass, program services coordinator with the Alzheimer’s Association Southeast Florida Chapter, will discuss the difference between typical age-related memory loss and the symptoms associated with this debilitating disease. Early detection provides the best opportunity for treatment, support, and planning for the future.
