Corporate Run packet pick-up starts today, April 21, and will continue until the day of the race, April 24. Please touch base with your team leaders for directions on how to go about picking up your race packets.

If you do not have a designated team leader, you may pick up your race materials at the following locations:

All Coral Gables campus employees and guests can retrieve their race packets at the Herbert Wellness Center’s second-floor Sales Office, from 7:30 a.m. to 7:30 p.m., April 21-23. On April 24, the day of the race, packet pick-up will be available between 7:30 a.m. and 2 p.m. Please present a valid identification card at the time of pick-up.

All Miller School of Medicine employees and guests can retrieve their race packets at the Medical Wellness Center front counter, from 7:30 a.m. to 6:30 p.m., April 21-23. On April 24, packet pick-up will be available between 7:30 a.m. and 2 p.m. Please present a valid identification card at the time of pick-up.

All RSMAS employees and guests may contact Sandrine Apelbaum at [email protected] for directions on where and how to pick up their race packets.

Participants who are unable to pick up their packet can designate a proxy by sending an email to Edyna Garcia at [email protected]. Please include the following information in the email: your full name, C number, and your proxy’s full name.

RACE DAY ATTIRE

In addition to wearing your Team UM shirt to show your ’Canes pride, remember to wear comfortable clothing and shoes for the race. Race numbers must be clearly visible on the front of the torso during the race, displayed in full view, and may not be folded or cut in any way. Optional items to consider bringing include towels (large or small), bug spray, and a camera. Pack as lightly as you can, and leave personal belongings at the Team UM tent at your own risk.
