Breaking Bad Habits

    This Faculty and Staff Assistance Program seminar offers participants insight into how to discontinue an unhealthy habit. Habits are a normal part of life and are often helpful in our daily routines. However, anyone who has attempted to kick an unhealthy habit can attest to how difficult it can be. Attend this seminar to discuss common unhealthy habits and explore effective techniques to cease engaging in them once and for all. This seminar will be facilitated by a University of Miami FSAP consultant.

    Coral Gables campus: Tuesday, May 23, 12-1 p.m., McKnight Building, room 200 BC

    Rosenstiel campus: Wednesday, May 24, 12-1 p.m., Library Media Room

    Miller School campus: Thursday, May 25, 12-1 p.m., Don Soffer Clinical Research Center, room 692
