The University is seeking four employee volunteers for the Employee Benefits Advisory Council (EBAC). The EBAC, chaired by Joe Natoli, senior vice president for business and finance and chief financial officer, provides University leaders with advice, guidance, and input on UM’s benefits programs and plays an active role in educating employees about their benefit choices. The EBAC is representative of the University’s workforce, with 16 members from all campuses and employment categories. The council meets at least four times a year. For information about the EBAC, click here.

Volunteers should have experience with or the willingness to learn about the University’s benefit programs. If you wish to be considered as a volunteer, please submit your resume to Cristina Elgarresta, assistant vice president for HR-Benefits, at [email protected] by Friday, May 31. Those selected for membership will be notified by June 7.
