Win a mini tablet computer simply by advancing your overall well-being. University of Miami faculty and staff who register for the new 2013 Well ’Canes Wellness Incentive Program and complete the PureWellness online health assessment by July 31 will be entered into a drawing for an iPad Mini.

Faculty and staff who have already registered for the program and completed the PureWellness online health assessment are already entered in the drawing. (The raffle item is considered a taxable benefit per IRS regulations. The winner will be taxed on the value of the prize.)

Only a few months remain to participate in the 2013 Well ’Canes Wellness Incentive Program, which allows you to earn up to $300 by accumulating reward points for completing a series of preventive health care activities. Getting an annual mammogram or colonoscopy, tracking your daily exercise and food intake, and completing the PureWellness online health assessment are just some of the ways you can earn points.
