It started with a fitness boot camp and ended with Zumba. And in between were one-hour Vinyasa yoga classes, meditation sessions with a Buddhist monk, cooking demonstrations, an inspirational talk by CNN Hero Robyn Benincasa, a course on investing wisely, and wellness fairs featuring free massages, snacks, giveaways, and complimentary vision screenings. UM’s fourth annual Week of Well-Being delivered in all categories, benefitting not only faculty, staff, and students but the South Florida community with a food drive for Camillus House.
