Summer time is ideal for relaxation. Between warm summer weather and having more leisure time, you can find all sorts of ways to relax and heal. If you’re occasionally stressed throughout the year, practicing relaxation techniques is especially important for your health. This seminar is offered for those interested in developing their capacity to manage day-to-day anxiety and stress through the use of calming, effective relaxation techniques. Participants will discover techniques for reducing stress that can effectively be used both at work and at home. This seminar will be facilitated by a UM Faculty and Staff Assistance Program consultant.
