Information session on new Research Reporting System

Jan ’11

Answering questions about sponsored research financials and animal protocols is now a lot easier. UM has developed a University-wide, Web-based Research Reporting System to make extramural funding and scholarly productivity information more accessible to the research community. The system allows users to generate lists of past proposals, pending proposals, and currently funded awards, as well as summarize relevant IACUC protocol information, use of veterinary resources, and CITI certifications. Additionally, users can generate lists of investigators and identify collaborators by searching award titles for keywords.

The Office of Research Information Management will hold an information session on the new Research Reporting System on Tuesday, January 11 at 1 p.m. in Dominion Towers, 12th-floor conference room. The session will not only provide attendees with an overview and useful tips on how to use the system but will also provide an opportunity to share ideas with the reporting team.

Register for the session through ULearn. For more information, please contact the Office of Research Education and Training at 305-243-5092 or at [email protected].
