The Bill Cosford Cinema is proud to present Mozart’s Cosi Fan Tutte, filmed at the Royal Opera House in London. A great comedy with an edge, Cosi Fan Tutte brings a classic score by Mozart to a witty story of deception and trust tested to its limit. Can two apparently faithful couples have their affections altered by some apparently harmless deception? Jonathan Miller’s ever-popular production updates the 18th century to today. While fashions and technology may have changed since Mozart’s time, human behavior remains as fickle and manipulative as ever. The film screens at 12 p.m. on Saturday and Sunday, November 27 and 28. Admission is $18 for seniors, University of Miami alumni, faculty, non-UM students, and staff. General admission is $20. Cash only. Free for UM students.
