Biochemistry and Molecular Biology Special Seminar

The Department of Biochemistry and Molecular Biology will present a special seminar on Thursday, December 16 at 12 p.m. in the Rosenstiel Medical Science Building, fourth-floor auditorium. Michal Toborek, professor of neurosurgery and associate chair of research, Molecular Neuroscience and Vascular Biology Laboratory, University of Kentucky College of Medicine, will present “Breaking it Down: The Involvement of the Blood-Brain Barrier in HIV Infection and Brain Metastases.” Toborek is a candidate for a faculty position in the department.
