The event, which will be held on Saturday, March 19 from 9 a.m. to 4 p.m. in the Shalala Student Center, offers attendees the opportunity to explore their leadership identity through interactive community workshops, networking, and heart pumping wellness classes.

The Women’s Leadership Symposium serves as a forum for University of Miami students to gain insight on how to become effective leaders in the community. The objective of WLS is to utilize the talent in the community as a resource for UM students while identifying and exploring the day-to-day triumphs and challenges that modern-day women face in the professional, academic, and community spheres.
