Effort reporting on grants and contracts is a major compliance issue. The Office of the Controller and the Office of Research Education and Training will host an Effort Certification Reporting (ECR) class on Thursday, January 20 at 9 a.m. in Dominion Towers, tenth-floor conference room. The class will review the importance of tracking effort on a sponsored account, how to read the different forms, deadlines for submission, required signatures, documentation, and how to account for changes in effort.
