Many of us work through our days behaving in ways that do not support, sustain, or maximize our personal energy needs. We lack the knowledge and skills required to maintain our energy and maximize our capacity to perform efficiently. In this seminar, offered by the Faculty and Staff Assistance Program (FSAP), you’ll learn about the importance of managing energy levels and review techniques to refresh, recharge, and perform at your best. FSAP Health and Wellness seminars are offered as part of the University of Miami’s Well ’Canes Program.

Rosenstiel campus: Wednesday, June 20 from 12 to 1 p.m. in the Library, Map, and Chart Room.

Coral Gables campus: Thursday, June 21 from 12 to 1 p.m. in the McKnight Building, second-floor training room.

Miller School campus: Friday, June 22 from 12 to 1 p.m. at University of Miami Hospital, Seminar Center Room C.
