The online parking permit application process for faculty and staff has been open since June 18. Spaces in each parking zone are allocated on a first-come, first-served basis. Students are not eligible to apply until July 2. Please apply no later than July 1 to secure your desired parking zone. Once students begin to apply, the zones in the academic core (especially red and purple) will sell out quickly. Please review the 2012-13 Parking Map to familiarize yourself with the new parking areas.

NOTE: This announcement does not apply to staff located at Gables One Tower (GOT). Those employees may apply for 2012-13 parking permits by clicking on this link and logging into your account by using your current UM systems username and password. This link is also available on the parking and transportation website at www.miami.edu/parking. If you purchased a permit at any point during the 2011-2012 academic year, your vehicle information is already stored in the system. However, if this is your first time applying for a parking permit or if your vehicle information has changed, you will need to know the year, make, model, color, and license plate number for the vehicle you are registering. During the checkout process, you will have the ability to choose whether you would like to pay for the permit with the pre-tax option. The cost of your permit will be paid via payroll deduction. Your parking permit will be mailed via USPS to the street address you specify when completing your online parking permit application.
