Learn to understand and manage anger

Of all human emotions, anger is one of the most misunderstood. Yet it holds the greatest potential for both destructive or constructive expression. Anger Management, a seminar offered by the Faculty and Staff Assistance Program (FSAP), provides participants with a greater understanding of anger and techniques for managing its expression. Discover the value of this emotion and its capacity to motivate, spark growth, and foster change.

Rosenstiel School campus: Tuesday, June 15, 12 to 1 p.m., Library, Map and Chart Room
