Thomas F. Budinger, a member of the Institute of Medicine and the National Academy of Engineering and a professor of the Graduate School, Department of Bioengineering, University of California, Berkeley, will hold a roundtable discussion on the Miller School of Medicine campus on the use of molecular imaging methods of emission tomography and magnetic resonance imaging and spectroscopy to evaluate Alzheimer’s disease, drug addiction, atherosclerosis, heart failure, and breast and prostate cancer.
Budinger will meet in small groups on Tuesday, January 18 at the Clinical Research Building, Room 1080, at the following times:
9:15 to 10:15 a.m.: Faculty and students involved in cancer, radiology, and related fields
10:30 to 11:30 a.m.: Faculty and students involved in neuroscience and related fields
11:45 a.m. to 12:45 p.m.: Faculty and students involved in vascular sciences and related fields
