The Performance Improvement Management (PIM) Series consists of three CBLs with corresponding ILT sessions, as well as a final ILT session at which participants reflect on the experience they had in utilizing the skills learned through PIM.

PIM I: Creating a Performance-Based Culture focuses on the fundamental skills required of a leader entrusted with our greatest assets: our staff.

PIM II: The Process of Performance Improvement Management focuses on the leader’s ability to coach an employee to improve performance and productivity. This module provides tools to ensure that sound job descriptions are created and expectations are set for both the manager and the employee in order to improve performance.

PIM IV: Applying Performance Management provides an opportunity for participants to reflect on their personal experiences, using the skills acquired through the PIM Series.
