This lunchtime seminar, presented by the Faculty and Staff Assistance Program (FSAP), will help participants explore the role of self-acceptance  and healthy thinking in enhancing well-being. The seminar also will provide participants with practical strategies to improve self-esteem and become their own best friend. An FSAP consultant will facilitate the seminar. FSAP Health and Wellness seminars are offered as part of the University of Miami’s Well ’Canes Program.

Coral Gables campus: Tuesday, July 5 from 12 to 1 p.m. in the McArthur Engineering Annex, MEA 202.

Rosenstiel School campus: Wednesday, July 6 from 12 to 1 p.m. in the Dean’s Conference Room, SLAB 107.

Miller School of Medicine campus: Thursday, July 7 from 12 to 1 p.m. at University of Miami Hospital, Seminar Center, Room A and B.
