The Education Services Department at the Diabetes Research Institute (DRI) will host its monthly diabetes Q&A session, Diabetes and You, on Wednesday, July 6 from 12 to 1 p.m. at the DRI, Room 1000. This lunchtime seminar, presented by the Faculty and Staff Assistance Program (FSAP), will help participants explore the role of self-acceptance  and healthy thinking in enhancing well-being. The seminar also will provide participants with practical strategies to improve self-esteem and become their own best friend. An FSAP consultant will facilitate the seminar.
