After several years in the Ungar Building, User Support Services has moved and is now teaching at the Merrick Building, Room 207, and Gables One Tower, Room 1100J. For more information on its new locations or its free training, click here.
The User Support Services lab includes 15 Dell Optiplex Core 2, 4GB RAM computers. The computers have Microsoft Windows 7, Microsoft Office 2010, and Adobe Creative Suite 5 Design Premium. In addition, lab PCs include “virtual” machines with full installations of Windows XP SP3 and Microsoft Office 2007.
