Change is inevitable in a dynamic work environment. When change occurs, teams tend to lose focus and can become nonproductive. This course will give the manager tips on overcoming resistance and building the team’s ability to be resilient to change. Note: This course is for Practicing Leaders and includes a mandatory webinar follow-up session that will take place 30 days after the ILT session.
